Terms of Service

By accessing or using Grove Corner's website, services, or platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

You must meet the following criteria to use our Services:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold an active, verified payment processing account (Stripe, PayPal, Square, or Authorize.net)
• Reside in a country we support
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements

Grove Corner operates a payment partnership platform that connects individuals with underutilized payment accounts to vetted eCommerce brands ("Partners"). We facilitate vetting, onboarding, legal contracting, and revenue sharing between account owners and Partners. We do not process payments directly — all transactions occur through the account owner's payment platform.

As an account owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during vetting and onboarding
• Maintain your payment account in good standing and comply with platform terms
• Grant limited, secure access to Grove Corner solely for partnership integration purposes
• Monitor your account for unauthorized activity and report issues promptly
• Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive practices
• Notify us of any material changes to your account status or contact information

Revenue shares are determined by the individual partnership agreement signed between you and the Partner. Grove Corner facilitates these agreements but is not a party to them. Payout schedules, amounts, and terms are outlined in each binding contract. Grove Corner may charge a facilitation fee, disclosed prior to onboarding.

While our platform connects account owners with proven brands, we do not guarantee any specific level of income. Earnings depend on processing volume, account limits, brand performance, and market conditions. Any figures cited on our website (e.g., "$500–$1,000 daily") are illustrative averages based on past partner performance and not promises of future results.

You may not use our Services to:

• Conduct illegal, fraudulent, or money laundering activities
• Violate the terms of service of Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net, or any other payment platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of our platform

All content on the Grove Corner website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Grove Corner or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your obligations under any executed partnership agreements remain in effect according to their terms. You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by notifying us in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grove Corner and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grove Corner and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body in the jurisdiction of Grove Corner's principal place of business. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grove Corner is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
